Yes I have heard of double tap terrorist gatherings in Afghanistan. They always keep their women hostages / chattel close by and that is unfortunate. Dismantling terrorist networks is a legitimate military target.

This is what I wondering. How you justify it to yourself, if you actually even knew.
It's definitely a practice used beyond Afghanistan, and used specifically to target the civilian first responders to the initial bombing.
But it's ok in your mind, because civilian first responders in the barbarian territories are really just chattel, and we don't have to worry ourselves with measures taken specifically to increase their slaughter.
