This has been pointed out to him several times. He is ignoring it because he doesn't care about winning or losing an argument, he just trollin'.
No, there's been a lot of turnover so not the same coaches. Also not the same coaches who voted Kirk Ferentz coach of the year in 2002, 2004, 2009, and 2015. Dantonio has 2 COTY honors which is very respectable. And certainly a compliment to Ferencz since Dantonio admitted that he modeled the Michigan State program after Kirk Ferencz's at Iowa. I give Dantonio respect for being smart enough to do that, but KF gets an assist for everything Dantonio does. After all, KF is essentially Dantonio's mentor in terms of football program philosophy. Your welcome for being our "little brother." Hey, you have two "big brothers" now, Iowa AND Michigan! Congratulations for being a part of the family even if you are the runt of the litter.
I hate doing this because I like MSU's program, but you're such a douchebag that you get the disrespect you've earned.
Intially, the guy in this thread told me that B1G coaches think KF > MD because KF won COTY this year. So I asked him if those were the same coaches that voted MD COTY in 2010 and 2013. Basically, he was saying coaches think KF is better coach because he won the award this year, and that's simply not true. By that argument, they think he's better than Meyer and Harbaugh too.
Well, this year he was better than Harbaugh, Meyer, and Dantonio. It's quite easy to understand why. Both MSU and OSU were ranked in the top 10 preseason and Michigan, while they had a much improved year, has lost 3 games. Iowa is undefeated and was unranked in the preseason, predicted to be a middling, 4-4 conference team in the B10 West. This should be easy to understand and shouldn't be taken as a slight. It's not that Dantonio did a bad job coaching in any respect; it's just recognition that Ferentz did something extraordinary and clearly performed better than any other coaches in the league. The same can be said for Dantonio in 2010 and 2013 ... but this is 2015 and this is the year Iowa is 12-0 and Ferencz is coach of the year. Not sure what you're looking for here.
Your first comment is clearly incorrect. On calling for MD's head, that it would never happen...my question is why if all the crap you're spewing is true. He has a losing record against an inferior(in your world) coach despite having better players.

That depends on one's definition of large. Were there many clamoring for him to be fired? Yes. Was it anywhere in the vicinity of a majority of fans? Not even close.
Ferentz is an outstanding coach in all aspects of the game. His only fault (if it can be called that) is that he isn't a dynamic recruiter. He is a straight-forward, honest recruiter that will work hard on the recruiting trail but he doesn't blow smoke up the recruits @ss, make playing time promises, or turn his head so bag-men can lure recruits in. Iowa is lucky to have him as a coach. I have no doubt that if Ferentz was at an OSU, Alabama, USC, or any "blue blood" name program that easily brought in all these 4 and 5 star recruits every year that he would be considered one of the top 2-3 coaches in the game. He does things the right way and teaches his players to play the game in such a manner..... you won't see an Iowa player faking injuries. It is just next to impossible to maintain a conference champion level team every year at Iowa considering the recruiting limitations.
I didn't read the last 3 pages, but Iowa will win by letting michigan state beat itself. MSU's defense needs to be aggressive to be effective, and this aggression will result in penalties against Iowa's methodical offense and approach. It'll be a close game, but sparty will take a bunch of stupid penalties, probably get a guy or two ejected for illegal hits, and lose.

if you want to post dumb crap and specifically point out your wins over Oregon,Ohio State and Michigan, I will point out your games with Purdue, Rutgers and Nebraska and say that based on the final score of those games that I don't know if Michigan State should be a team to be scared of.
On a side note, I guess I don't get the whole Michigan lovefest. they are on the upswing, but I don't consider them to be "back"

And despite that, Iowa's soft opposition is picked to win by "experts" nearly every week this season. 12-0.
I expect this could be another in that string.
It will be a tough game, these always are. I expect the Hawks to do what they do every week... compete hard and win.
If 5-7 nebby can beat MSU, Iowa can.

One of the things I enjoy about this undefeated season is watching how many trolls like you nervously come to this board and get sent packing by the end of the week. I don't mean you're gonna be banned, your team will lose. You'll be embarrassed and you won't show up here again. It's a two-fer really for us. We will win because we love being the disrespected underdog. The 2010 orange bowl was the same way. Iowa had no chance to beat a "great" Georgia Tech team. The GT fans were totally assured of a win before!! Should be fun tonight.

Oh Mr Green Jeans - let's do talk basketball - Izzo's bunch on defense historically does the most grabbing & clutching of any team in the B10. Hopefully, the officials call that crap this year (as they are supposed to), which will neutralize MSWho's "defense".
You've acted like a Michigan fan during every post you've had on here. If Michigan fans have anything to brag about over MSU it is academics. I would love for you to argue that.
