I say yes. Here are a couple reasons:
1. Kids get more games if they are playing on travel teams at the high school level.
2. Kids that are going to college can get started because their high school season would be completed.
3. High school kids that get drafted can complete senior year. Very few I know
I think reason number 1 has a big impact because kids in other states are at an advantage because they are getting started earlier.
The reason I would say no is because of weather and kids could not do track.
