Do y'all ever notice that when you're on the interstate, cops are essentially the pace car for the Talladega 500? Got em 3 wide and about 15+ deep all following the cop who's running about 80+ himself. Everybody is just jockeying for position so when he hits that exit it's "boogedy boogedy let's go racing boys!"

The worst is when the cop is going at or under the speed limit. Most people are afraid to pass them.
I once tied to creep by a cop car at the end of a 10+ hour road trip. They were going the speed limit, and I tried to slowly overtake them at like 2 mph over. I looked over and waved when I got alongside him, and he motioned for me to fall back behind him. So I sadly did.

My freshman year of college I was driving east bound on I-80 back to Iowa City. There were few cars on the road, so I set cruise at 88. A car comes up behind me, flashes his cherries for 2 seconds and then flies by me at least 20 mph faster than me. State Trooper.
