I'm looking for recommendations for a good reader for my Windows desktop.
I don't read books on my PC that much. In fact, I generally just peek at them on my computer before loading them onto my tablet. But that and the copying function are very useful to me.
I recently discovered that the Nook app that I use to read ebooks in .epub format on my Windows PC has been "upgraded" and has become nearly useless.
It now only opens in full screen mode (so you can't see any other windows if you have the reader app open). And you can no longer copy text so, for example, if I wanted to share a quote from a book with you guys, I'm out of luck unless I want to type it myself (which would be hard because I can't see and type into notepad when the book is open).
I've googled for recommendations and am going through the ones that sound promising. But I'd be grateful for your recommendations.
