The NCAA championships always seem to generate a lot of anti-Iowa fanbase commentary on the internet. This year is no exception. I am compelled to point out that Iowa wrestling fans are the biggest supporters of Wrestling for Life. This March, Hawkeye fans have given over $12,000 to WFL - money that was used to give tickets to the NCAA Division III Championships to middle school kids, fund wrestling camp scholarships and buy wrestling shoes - for young wrestlers all over America. I think Hawkeye fans are pretty darned great.
