Held in Dysart Iowa and apparently things didn't go smoothly.

Plenty of pushback from anti Trump attendees.
My personal favorite from Senile Chuck..."Musk doesn't have any power".
Immediately followed by a sizeable portion of the crowd laughing loudly!

Somebody on Chuck's staff got their ass chewed for not doing a better job screening the crowd at the door.

What I don't understand about Congress is I can't believe they, as a branch of government, would collectively sit there and cede power to the Executive branch.

Figured by now they'd be pushing back and trying to take some power back.

Actually, Congress is the real problem, and has been for decades, they've ceded power and are ineffective. They've given the power to the Executive branch and let that branch rule by executive orders. The Judicial branch has been the guard rail keeping the President in check, for a long time.

Congress needs to get back to doing their job.

Good. Shame on him. If he had any sense of honor he would have retired a long time ago.

It would be dope if we the people could get our collective ass together and vote out every single incumbent rep in the House and the Senate and strike fear into every single one of those sumbitches and remind them who they work for.

Yeah, this observation has really crystalized for me in the Trump era.

Give him credit for at least holding a public event.
Agree but he should if retired 10 years ago. It’s embarrassing to see what both sides will do to hold onto a seat and the power of a position that seat holds in Grassley and Feinstein.

From my buddy from Dysart:
“Lmao a bunch of boomers listening to an old decrepit talk. What a spin zone. I heard there were like maybe 10 people actually from Dysart there and that the majority of people are basically following him around on this tour

Drove down main st yesterday and it was a bunch of linn and black hawk county vehicles. Old Dems that just live to chase him around”

Aren't Linn and Black Hawk counties in Iowa as well? Why does it matter that Iowans from other counties came to their Senator's townhall?

I’m just reporting the facts compared to Iowas MSM!!

But I think the point of his comment is that it may be artificial anger with the same people just following Chuck screaming.
I didn't realize Chuck had been doing multiple townhalls. Where else has he appeared since Trump's inauguration? I think the point of the comment is that your buddy is MAGA.

Musk has them terrorized as he promised to primary anyone who doesn't toe the line.
Deport the bastard.

I wouldn't call that artificial anger, I'd call that real anger. People willing to voice their opinion multiple times doesn't seem artificial, it seems real.
Well if it is the same humans following him on his 99 county tour then it’s is kind of artificial if it’s no one from Dysart.

He is from a farming community in Iowa that lives in the Tama County bubble. Of course he is MAGA

So you think the meeting in Dysart had no one from Dysart there? Ok. He's a senator from the state of iowa. People from the state of Iowa can and will attend.

Per my sources about 10 people and the rest from out of county
So people from Dysart, the town that the meeting was held in, as well as other citizens of the state of Iowa... of which Grassley is a senator. Okay, seems right to me.

I’d take my buddies word over a random poster in the interwebz.

Did you not watch the link? It literally points out some group from CR came into town for this haha.

I know when I want hard hitting facts I think what's the word from HORT BrunoMars420's buddy from Dysart vs. Iowa's MSM.

Thanks broseph for bringing the facts dick heat!

So what if somebody came in from Cedar Rapids? So what if somebody came in from Decorah? So what if somebody came in from Sioux City? He's a senator of the state of iowa. I don't think anybody set that meeting up solely for citizens of Dysart Iowa to go there. Glad your buddy can tell you that there were people from Dysart and other citizens from the state of Iowa there. I don't see anybody disputing that. That's what it was for. Looks like you're trying to gin up a complaint about it. Good for Grassley to have the balls to have a meeting, and allow the citizens of the state to come and voice their concern. Lots of other Republicans are not allowing their citizens to be heard.

“For those who didn’t major in Constitutional Law, : Article II, § 1, Sentence 1, … says, ‘The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.’ “

Did you catch the part in the video that said the crowd could have been much larger if the town hall would have been known about? Grassley didn't post that town hall on his website. It was only posted by Dysart because they hosted it.
Yeah he pushed it on the Tama county folks.
