I will say that this judge in this case is trying to say the President does not have the executive authority to deport foreign terrorists. That is an egregious abuse of the bench. The judge does not have this authority, that is why we are fighting this in court. Let's be very very clear this is an activist judge who is trying to usurp the President's authority under Alien Enemies Act, the President has this power.
