Trump cries to the supreme court and circumvents the whole legislative process?

He cries that he can't end birthright citizenship and wants the supreme court to give him the power of a king to do it.
(I too think birthright citizenship has no place in a modern world but I would also say the same thing for 2nd amendment) There's no reason to have many weapons.

the three branches of government are equal. there is no reason for anyone to say how many weapons you or I own. next question.

now tell me how birthright citizenship should be handled.
Also
wouldn't you agree there is more nuance to the 2nd amendment than there is in the birthright citizenship issue.

Isn’t that what happened with the Biden student loan forgiveness? Courts declare it unconstitutional and he does it anyway.

I agree that this isn't really an issue of the content of what he is trying to do, it is definitely the manner he is trying to do it in. We can discuss the merits of changes and probably get in fights about it too, but it needs to be done through the proper channels. It is good to see the courts starting to push back on these blatant abuses of power. However the Supreme Court is very iffy and many of them were put in place for the explicit purpose of doing exactly what he is trying to do.

They don't care.

No, he did it again after modifying the order to address the reasons the courts ruled against him the first time. I suppose the GOP could have taken it to court again but they won the election so there was no need.

Not exactly.
Congress can remove a president and can remove judges. They also have the power to remove members.
The other branches don’t have a similar power.
