So obvious that I'm at least mildly interested in RFK Jr bc why? He's not Biden? Damn right. Nor is he Trump, Pence, Chris Christie or most of the other garbage candidates on the right. This is a huge distortion. But this is what happens in America now when you question the safety of the products of a multi trillion dollar industry. He's not "against all vaccines". Most of what I've found has been questioning of certain ingredients and schedules especially in young children. And yeah he was vocal regarding the covid vax and he's been largely proven right, while those you all blindly trust knowingly lies about it for 2+ years.

Because I did a straw poll and 99 percent of people agreed that name calling is kind of childish . Maybe you should do the same one and we can compare findings. More data would minimize margin of error
Working in a hospital and just being a doctor does not automatically make you an expert on covid.
Very few doctors did their own deep literature reviews on all this stuff. Most doctors don't have the time or desire to dive deep into the research. Most doctors do not work in specialties where they could develop independent opinions on what was going on with covid.
In addition, it was clear pretty early in the pandemic that a doctor was not supposed to question what Fauci and the cdc were saying. So even doctors who did question stuff, they were very unlikely to come forward with their concerns.
I was a big believer in vaccines up until covid. I have now realized how much propaganda we were fed on the covid vaccine and how it was inappropriately used for low risk populations (young people).
The influenza vaccine is not much different. I will not be receiving either vaccine in the near future. I still think many of the other vaccines are beneficial.

Seems odd to me to question such an effective vaccination treatment that confers these health advantages with minimal risks from side effects. The data speaks for itself.
But as we learned over the last few years, certain people are already dug in and clinging to rumors, lies and politically biased false information.

I'll likely get boosted when advised to do so by my GP. I'm pretty confident he stays abreast of the literature and he knows my personal health situation more than anyone else I know. I look at it in the same light as getting tetanus boosters, etc.
I didn't call you an idiot or label you either. It's fine to question things in life, but at some point, decisions are made by everyone based hopefully on solid evidence. Many just continue to question and never proceed from that point. I think back to all of those who died that could have likely been avoided if they would just accept the objective facts presented to them.

My GP, who's a well respected GP in JoCo, was aghast at my decision not to get boosted after 2 phizers, followed by 2 covid positives (all in a 6 month time frame).
