Rose Bowl tailgating advice/options

i am going to be heading out to the Rose Bowl with a group of buddies and we are all alumni of the university of Iowa.

Does anyone know of good tailgating options the day of the game? Any alumni tailgates you can pay to get into?

Just trying to plan ahead and any advice would be greatly appreciated. GO HAWKS

I went to the Rose Bowl 2 years ago with MSU. I would assume that Iowa would have a similar set up to MSU's. MSU's Alumni Association had a tailgate just outside the stadium. It was about $90 per person and included all of the beer, wine and food that you wanted. Had bands and speakers. It was well worth the money and it was sold out (probably more than 10,000 there). Watch for something similar, you won't regret it.
