Why does the Blackhawk Co Official have Sanders with much higher vote totals than what the IDP has ?
Incompetence? I imagine after the vote is complete they are going to have to do it again. Have you looked again since they did the correction and went from 85 to 86%? It ended up being a 2000 vote swing and 20 some SDEs to Sanders.

Should counties that support a dunce like Sanders continue to be allowed to vote at the same rates as other sane parts of Iowa?
That would be bold and tough in a caucus. All of these numbers are public, with a paper trail, and now include popular vote. As well as campaigns tracking the data on their own. Especially the Sanders campaign with their app made just for caucuses.
