Believe there was 1:45 or so left in the 4th quarter and NE had 1 TO remaining. 7 or so yard pass is caught in bounds (not a 1st down) and the receiver is tackled and hurt. Should Nebraska been forced to use their last TO or should have there been some sort of clock run off? thanks!
