Sam was at the Matman Invitational today to watch some friends from Augsburg. He stopped at the Wrestling for Life table and chatted for a couple of minutes. (It helps to be located by the men's restroom.)

That right there my friends is called coaching. Tom and Terry switched Sam over to a new type of cookies. They've been secretly slipping him protein bars and KABOOM the pounds melt right off. No other explanation for it.
