Unfortunately that's probably true. One of his supporters could get all the equipment and get him back on the air and as long as the supporter still technically owns the equipment it probably can't be seized to pay the debts.

Isn't it already known, or at least assumed, that Jones hid most of his assets before the court seized/ordered anything to be sold off? Will this really end up hurting him anywhere close to what it should?
