The difference in the level of attention the opposing coach was paying him was the reason his scoring was down last year.
Joe always gets the other teams best on ball defender. He's been up and down this season but hes starting to win that matchup consistently now.
Thats what happens with experience.
If he comes back next year he'll be dominant.

The difference Is he knows what open is in the Big Ten and now shoots it. He has become more aggressive finding his shot. The attempts are up and probably should go up further into the 15 to 20 range every game.
