He was late comer to wrestling and has made big strides each year. From my limited knowledge he is a hard worker and good kid. I would like to say he didnt start until high school but I dont know if I trust my memory that much.

The Shapiro's are class acts. And you won't meet someone as humble and soft spoken as Joel. I know that he's an exceptional student as well so that could also bring Cornell into play. He's spent many years at Ubasa wrestling club under the tutelage of Pablo Ubasa, a former Hawk. I know the Shapiro's will be diligent with the process and will select the best situation both academically and athletically. Wherever he goes I'll be wishing him success.
