Scheetz v El Dorado - interesting takings case about development fees as conditions to permits. i just got charged such a fee as part of my some sale closing, and it's making me wonder whether i should look into that

Maybe the scotus majority realizes most of these federal agencies have been corrupted and are essentially controlled by the very groups they should be monitoring?
Sorry but the FDA can pound sand. What they've allowed big pharma and food to do to our citizens is criminal. Tear them down and rebuild them with their original intent in mind - the true health and safety of the American people.
