He will send you the first one free- regular size. It lasted me about a year. It’s def high in salt but has a really good flavor.

I used the last of it tonight on a t-bone and it was fantastic

You put it on meat.

Any meat grilled for sure. It does have high salt content, but eight other ingredients to complement. You will figure it out. Also good on vegetables, anything in a crockpot, roasts and soups. Fantastic on fries and tater tots. My personal favorite is steak and burgers.
