Seems like wrestling season hasn't started yet

It really feels like the first part of this season was treated like the preseason for 90% of teams. Might as well push the start of the season back to Midlands at this point.

And I don't blame any coaches for scheduling that way. The season needs to be pushed back.

This...extend the finals until mid April. I know they have talked about making it a one semester sport.

It seems to be mostly just a select group of the Big Ten schools that have a real easy beginning of the season. They have such a meat grinder of a dual season, I suppose is the reason. however, OSU and ASU have wrestled some good teams and the teams going out to Las Vegas wrestle some good teams early also.

The big ten season is such a meat grinder I am glad that Iowa doesn't get too crazy early just from an overall health standpoint.

Agree 100%.

Drop the tune-ups like the Luther Open and Iowa City Duals and institute a real B1G round-robin schedule, 13 dual meets. Would you rather see us take on Iowa Central and Cornell College or Northwestern and Illinois?

I liked last year when they had Maryland. It was more of the same against them, but I don't think it would hurt to have a Big Ten team at the Iowa City Duals.

Nothing wrong with a triangular. A strong team and two weak teams. For example, Penn State, Minnesota and Michigan State ;)

Would need to drop more than that. Would have to drop 5 events to make that happen. (I'm all for moving on from those two events, btw)
