Kueter Rise?

Speaking of Kerkvliet - he was also undersized initially as a HWT. Cassioppi majored Kerkvliet initially. The next year matches got closer, and eventually Kerkvliet grew into the HWT class and became the dominant HWT he is now. Keuter is only a freshman and needs to grow into the HWT class.

Was it being undersized or not being healthy and young??
Kerk is 240's right now not far from where Ben is size wise.
Ben just needs more time. Even if he stays the size hes going to get better.

This is a big point that gives me hope for Ben's next 3 years. Young Kerk reminded me a lot of Ben right now. Didn't have the horsepower to finish on the big guys, and hadn't grown into his hwt body yet. If Ben can get up to a healthy 250ish and figure out how to be able to push a higher pace, he'll be just fine. The core skill set is absolutely there, just needs to take that next step.

Their situations are similar but also different.
Kerk was sick and basically came in at the 11th hour to compete... Its similar to last season for Ben..
This season for Ben he's figuring it out, he will thrash dudes out of the top 20. Kerks 1st full season had some similarities..
Time will tell.

Imagine thinking he recently weighed in at 250. Maybe open one of the 50 posts where someone mentions what he weighed in at.
