HS or less is 56-39 TrumpWhich party is more educated, on average?
I assume you are in favor of testing everyone wanting to purchase a gun or who owns a gun on weapons/gun safety training? An amendment is in order...anyone who couldn't pass that basic test has no business voting.
Why do they need this knowledge to be able to vote?Doesn't seem like much of a "barrier" to me and would at least ensure voters have a basic knowledge of how the government works.
The Constitution doesn't say that. It says they are eligible to vote, and limits reasons why they can't be prohibited from voting. There's a difference. Not necessarily but there are potential issues. The biggest is the constitution says that every citizen over 18 gets the right to vote. . . not every citizen who can pass a test gets the right to vote.
