They have a feature on their app where you can input your gift card (just like Lowe’s)
When you go to checkout in the store it requires the 4 digit pin.
Since you added it to the app it should be expected you no longer have the card with said pin.
Note that you enter the pin when you add gift card to app.
If you try and use the gift card online, it asks you for card number. See above
Lowes’ is easy and I use it all the time. Home Depot’s seems like BS. Why allow the consumer to add their gift cards to your app if you’re just going to require the gift card info at checkout?
