now 75 percent Georgetown, looks like foster/british guy or bust to finish this class. As of right now, all 4 commits were offered by one p5 school, iowa. Would you rather end the class w foster or sibley
Been that way. What's new?now 75 percent Georgetown, looks like foster/british guy or bust to finish this class. As of right now, all 4 commits were offered by one p5 school, iowa. Would you rather end the class w foster or sibley

Probably a guess based on today's commitments. No, it was 2 for Georgetown and 1 for Iowa until today.
An Iowa writer on TOS but one in for the Hoyas today.
You'd lose that money.Iowa has their recruiting class right now. Uhlis, Perkins, Murray and Murray. If I were a betting man I would put a large amount of money on it.
Modestly said. I, too, hope you are wrong for selfish reasonsBB I really would love to lose it but I don't think I would. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I’m confident there will be one more commitment. A post player, and I’m hoping it’s Foster.Iowa has their recruiting class right now. Uhlis, Perkins, Murray and Murray. If I were a betting man I would put a large amount of money on it.
I think first big to commit gets the last ride. I am not feeling good about Foster.
we have at least 3 rides left if we want.

7 rides in one class would be moronic for a lot of reasons.
murrays can’t redshirt?
you always lose someone every year anyways

So? Is that a bad thing? They are already 19...they'd be 21 before they ever played a college game.
Wisconsin has redshirted lots of players for years, and it worked out pretty well for them. UNI has also employed redshirting as a strategy for developing players with a lot of success. I think the Hawks would benefit from redshirting more players. Why are we recruiting kids that need to RS?
Do you know how uncommon a RS is in basketball for reasons other than an injury?
And Iowa hasn't lost a kid every year under Fran to transfer or early entry.

2 well-known programs that are close geographically. There are more, just like there are others who take transfers who have to sit out a year. Little difference. So 2 out of 350+ D1 basketball programs in the country?

What’s your point? That’s a good thing IMOThey are already 19...they'd be 21 before they ever played a college game.

Thanks Twins.A seven person class, yes, thats not utterly ridiculous whatsoever. The class is wrapped up unless Ogundele commits.
Not always good or more helpful.Actually a big difference- with a transfer, at least you have usually seen them perform at the university level against university level competition.
Ha, no, poster is just Cytwins from CF with his 800th username. You are blaming them?
They're already essentially going through a red shirt year in Daytona,... I'm sure these guys don't want to spend two years without seeing the floor...
I suspect Sibley was told his scholly was gone with the Murray twins commiting. I think Foster and/or OG are probably still a possibility for the Hawks.
Okay andy/doug. Why repeat yourself if you are so sure?foster is not going to Iowa and if nothing changes he will be going to Iowa State. Not trying to
Piss anyone off but just stating what is now commonly known
Okay andy/doug. Why repeat yourself if you are so sure?
I do not believe we will take Sibley now. Fran feels that the Murray boys are better.
