Yeah, the vast majority of Vikings fans understand that we're not winning the Super Bowl this year, but that doesn't mean it can't still be a special year.
The ceiling for this roster with a first-year HC and GM was meant to only be a potential run in the playoffs and a division title.......not a Super Bowl or bust.

No. They should have won the entire thing in 1998. This year is smoke, mirrors, and massive luck. Not many people that look at stats think they will go far in playoffs.

The people that look at stats play and coach on the teams that lost to the Vikings this year..............how bout that.
8 of those aren't really world championship.
For doubters, it's more that their defense ain't great and their QB is Cousins who is thought of as a game manager (though he's had a great year and doesn't need to be prime Rodgers with the talent the Vikes have on offense). They could go on a run, but people aren't betting on Cousins to outscore consecutive good teams.
