That's not their MO, that's just the excuse Israel uses for not caring about civilian casualties. What's funny is that Israel uses Palestinians as human shields!

When fighting an occupying force from one of the highest population densities on earth, no matter where you are, there are going to be civilians nearby. I guess there's a few open fields where they could go launch their rockets from, but that would be pretty ****ing stupid - they'd be annihilated in seconds.
