If we flame out this season and then struggle next year, wouldn’t it make sense for Fran to leave and move on to a smaller school instead of getting fired?

Won't happen. Fran has a veteran team again next year. Plus a couple of good recruits....

Even when the 5 seniors graduate next year we will be experienced. Garza, Weiskamp, Pemsl, Nunge and Connor will be upper classmen. Plus Joe T & PMac. We will have veteran players from now until 2025. Probably beyond.

The key is to win a couple of post season games, and go out on a high note. This team can do that. Especially when we get out of the B1G. Where teams do not know us like the other conference teams do so well now....

Do this and we will get some good recruits. I'll bet the house.
