So tired of losses by stalling

Yeah, I know "if our guy had hustled, controlled on top, took the open shot". But too many matches see the coaches coaching wrestlers to stall out.

I agree and absolutely hate what wrestling has become but at the same time we should know by now that this is what it's going to be. If we don't shoot it doesn't matter if they stall or not. Seems like too many of these guys are just trying to play for the stalling and not actually trying to score at all.

Look at the Gilman and Telford matches. Tomasello and McM basically took one shot maybe two in the match. The rest of the match they just backed away. Officials need to make quicker warning calls to force action from both sides.

I don't think that says much about Ohio State. They lead going into the day and had 9 point scorers to our 8 yet couldn't win it outright.
