And try-hard mode John Groce.....nice. Should be fun.

I'm going to assume Minnesota gave up about midway through the 1st half, and that Illinois is going to win this game.

P.S. both teams' fans have been annoying af with the screaming and FT chants, which have not been working. When it doesn't work.....it just becomes annoying. It's gotten to that point....they need to stop.

But they won't, because they're Illinois and Minnesota fans.

Illinois had 14 three pointers yesterday. If they repeat that today, they'll be tough to beat,

Hope we guard the perimeter.

Go Hawks!

If they hit 14 three pointers, we will be in trouble. To their credit about 8-9 of them were WIDE OPEN. So

Understanding the situation at Minnesota, there is just isn't much there. Rutgers beat them by 30 in the first half. Illinois had a good exhibition game, but it will be different against any other big ten team

Sucks that it's an early game so a lot of people can't watch it. Not sure work would approve of me using the hotspot on my work phone to watch online on my personal phone. At least I can listen to it.

Concerning the game, Iowa could be in trouble if they play mostly zone then don't rebound. Besides Woody they haven't been rebounding as well, but I see an 11-12 point win with Jok breaking out of his slump and Uthoff going again.

Yea, we whipped the Gophers by four at home. So we're capable of crappy play.

I don't argue we're capable of crappy play, but the Gopher team that came to Carver doesn't exist any more. They're without 3 starters (top 2 scorers) and a key reserve and only have 8 total guys available (only 5 of those on scholarship). Can't take much from yesterday's game, it was pretty much a shootaround for the Illini.
