Sooooo... I just enrolled in a 2016 ACA health plan...I think

Filled everything out
2 last steps to be enrolled -enroll in dental and finalize
Health plan includes dental included in price
click on no I don't need a dental plan outside the original health plan
takes me back to previous page to start over, can't go to finalize step until dental is finalized

Call help desk-

dude-"you need to select an outside dental plan"
Me- "I have one included"
dude- "it will not let you finalize until you pick an outside dental plan
Me- "I already have one, I need to have 2 just to move past the dental page"?
dude- "yes or select a new healthcare plan"
Me- "what? you want me to buy 2 dental plans"?
"are you sure this isn't a software issue"?

dude- "what do you mean a software issue"?

Me- hits end call button on phone.

I then decide to go back to the "my account" page and low and behold its says enrollment completed. Therefore I am enrolled for 2016, I guess. On the bright side I do have time to straighten this thing out.

None, but I believe in the system and as such don't mind paying to help it work.

It was included in the plan I selected. Most of the others did not have dental included.
