We went there last week for late lunch and drinks. It was really good.

I've been there a few times for happy hour.Not bad. My favorite Southlake restaurants are 1) Feedstore BBQ 2) Taco Shop 3) Joe's Pizza 4) Chuys... Howard Wang was a really good chinese restaurant right by Cork & Pig, but unfortunatly it closed. Restaurants are a tough racket to sustain. They come and go around Southlake fairly quickly.

DFW !! Austin is a fun town though...We live in a quiet safe neighborhood....access to a lot of fun...but in a metro area, anything can spring up that will make you shake your head. Texas is red....the zip codes around me are red, and yet crazy can appear when you least expect it !! It cracks me up when talking heads blast all these democratic run cities and how unsafe they are....well guess what...crazy happens in red run cities too !!

I forgot about Perry's Steakhouse...its famous for their porkchop. It's amazing !! Pork Chop Friday Lunch is now $19...it used to be $15...but it's the best meal you'll ever get for $19 !!! For dinner, you can drop $300 + if you and your date are putting down some cocktails and whatever you eat !! But Perrry's is right off 114 ...Southlake/Grapevine border
