They are of the opinion this will be Kirks last year. They mentioned how they believe there is a really good potential short list of HC candidates interested in the position. Really hoping they give more insight into that on their upcoming premium show.
Another angle they gave that I haven’t seen anywhere on the firing of BF was based on the timing of the announcement. They believe it’s partly aligned with the game upcoming in Chicago at Wrigley. A lot of alumni in the area and a good opportunity for fundraising.
