and will be all season long, having two very unproven new starters at OT and only 2 QBs. I have to think both Boyle and Cook really need at least a r/s year before they'd be ready.
B/w Boyle and Cook - who do you think would be more likely if forced into action? Being a Dowling alum, I'd hope for Boyle. But, Cook's build might make him the more likely emergency fill-in. One of those two are going to have to be constantly ready. All it takes is a twisted ankle, jammed finger, etc. - not necessarily a major injury - and one of them is a snap away from being in the game.
Imagine that happening against UM starting Jake (do we play them even this year?).
I guess I have similar concerns about the lack of depth at both OT spots as well. Oh boy, buckle in tight this year, and keep lots of icy suds ready.
