Stats and Info from NCAA tourney

One other thing I noticed yesterday, AJ Schopp score the most bonus points of the tournament, with 8. He also scored more team points getting 3rd place than Cory Clark did getting second place (21 vs 17).

Gilman also outscored Alan Waters despite losing to him and placing below him. Bonus points are much more important in a tournament setting than they are in a dual.

Most Total Match Points (Check out this gap between 1st and 2nd!!!)
1st Devin Carter (Virginia Tech) 90 points
2nd Alex Dieringer (Oklahoma State) 68 points


7 matches for Carter (12.85 pt. avg.) vs. 5 matches for Dieringer (12.0 pt. avg.)
Both high scorers though!
