Staying in Vegas. What hotel?

Those are Vegas blocks. About a 10 minute walk from Ceasars

I've always stay at Ceasers properties but if looking for a great place and very reasonable 'Check out the Oleans. it's just across from the Rio. And by the way the Rio Is NOT 3 Blocks from the Strip. More like 7/8 of a mile.If you dont believe me just walk it

There is a sidewalk along the bridge that goes over it. I walked it at least 3 times when I stayed there.

You are right. I mis spoke it is not 3 blocks. I have walked it. I don't think it is much more than a half mile but I still won't stay there again. The room was huge but outdated and I thought the buffet was overrated

I still go back to what I've said, if it is your first time in Vegas please do not stay off strip.

Thanks for all the replies. I booked Harrahs because it was only $45 and centrally located in the strip. Hopefully my first time at the tables and first bowl game end in big wins. GO HAWKS

I stayed a delino when it was called the hotel and that was an great place. I've stayed at Cosmo and flamingo as well. Cosmo is nice and the flamingo is a dump. I will never stay there again.
