Leclaire is the first town across the Mississippi when coming over from Illinois via 80. Home of Antique Archeology/American Pickers. I've never noticed a speed cam when coming just into the state.

LeClaire is a lovely little town. Wife and I head over there every spring for some shopping and lunch. I don't think I'm familiar with this establishment though. Crane and Pelican is very good though.
