Wouldn't strippers be eligible for the self-employed unemployment compensation and the clubs not eligible for any "payroll" loans for the strippers? Clubs have been fighting for a number of years to keep them as independent contractors.

Strip clubs are not not particularly legit businesses. They are ripe for money laundering and tax evasion, let alone drug distribution. That being said, they have merit in their lawsuit.

Obviously the industry is ripe, but where they are legal, Im sure there are many that are legit. Back when I went to strip clubs they were well-established places in the community and had been operating in the same location for 10 or sometimes even 20 years.
