Well, I finish in the classroom in three weeks but I’m taking our tech team to a national competition at the end of June so I’m still working until the last day of June - but that’s just fun. And it’s in Orlando. 😁

Not my first choice, but it’s a newer community with the last houses finishing up this season. The developer had made a lot of lazy mistakes in the governing documents, and hired a terrible property manager that was misappropriating our money. I felt someone needed to clean things up. I’ve made good progress, and just as importantly I’ve recruited competent people to get involved. My term will be up in one year, and hopefully the mess will be straightened up and good people will be ready to step in so I can step away.
