On 247 sports, somebody is now predicting that he'll end up at Arkansas. Hopefully Iowa can retain the recruits who have committed.

Just odd that an OSU writer affiliated with a site not dedicated to recruiting would throw out a random crystal ball to a school that Calloway hadn't really been affiliated with before. The guy is 13 for 13 on his predictions this year, but the picks came on average only 2.67 days prior to their commitments.

Oh you mean one guy with no connections, who writes for an OSU blog, predicts a flip to Arkansas...yeah I see why Hawk fans aren't flipping out.

Oh Calloway's Twitter is pretty much all pro-Iowa stuff over the last month or so.

Can we please get past the point where not every tweet, not everything some random person on Site X is gospel or reason to be concerned? Or reason to start a new post?

There is a 90 + thread in lounge so some people there are framing out.
I haven't read it but any 17-18 year old is entitled to change his mind. Hopefully he doesn't but .. Needs to do what is best for him.
No idea if the 24/7 guy knows what he is writing or not

Calloway has the perfect opportunity to do huge things here at Iowa. He's going to start as a TR FR. Chevin already has an NFL frame and is physical as hell. This guy tackles with more aggression and stopping power than King did in HS. CBs that seal the edge are extremely important in our scheme.

Calloway is absolutely going to shine on these future Hawkeye defenses with the pressure that our Epenesa led D-Line is going to apply.

But he could go to Arkansas and be coached by the legendary Paul Rhoads!(Ark db coach). How could he turn that opportunity down!???

The reason he committed to Iowa to begin with is probably the reason he will play at Iowa, Dez King.
