Interesting. The WH claimed the judicial branch didn't have standing to rule on congressional subpoenas. They could have just ignored any ruling. And nary a word from Collins on that.

It really doesn't matter what the WH thought about Judicial standing on congressional subpoenas. I thought the dems in the House were tougher than to let Trump completely psych them out of even trying that approach. I guess not.

Face it. The dems had no interest in going to a court for help. All they wanted was to remove Trump from office. They didn't care how or why.
