Timmy D can run faster backwards than I can running forwards, an electric explosive Hawkeye.
The best Timmy D NFL highlight ever is the one where he comes out of nowhere and passes Ladanian Tomlinson--who was completing a long run down the sideline--like he was standing still.
City High has some old vintage highlights most will never have the chance to watch, we had the privelage to watch it during the post season when we took it all the way in 09’ He was literally unstoppable!
yup. I graduated a year before Timmy D at CHS and watched nearly all his home/away games and he literally was a man against boys. When I was in 8th grade and he was a 7th grader he could dunk a basketball at 5'5"

Tomlinson cut outside, sidestepped one tackler about midfield
and headed down the right sideline. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound Dwight,
a former Big Ten 100-meter champion at Iowa, showed incredible
closing speed when he came from behind the play. He outran even
Tomlinson and drove cornerback Otis Smith about 12 yards before
sending him to the ground. That allowed Tomlinson to score the only
touchdown of the second half.
"I saw Tim coming up and I said, 'Am I running that slow?' ''

I saw Tim Dwight put on a display his Sr year of high school at the state track meet. Unreal speed.
Somebody uploaded Linn-Mar's season highlights from their '89 and '90 state championship teams to YT. Very cool videos of two awesome teams! I wish somebody would do that for City's '93 and '94 teams.
Get the right person access to the football tapes at City and they could. Footage would be low quality but exciting! Do the 96 highlights too! Got 94 right here!
I saw Dwight anchor the ICH 4x400 in something like 46.5. What was crazy is that former Hawk TE Zeron Flemister ran something like 47.5 in the same race.
