The Iowa Hawkeye team chemistry is not generated by
the coaches. It is ignited by the seniors and juniors on
the team. By their leadership they create an atmosphere
where the team goal is a win each week and not individual
statistics. They engendered the "will to win" with maximum

It can to a degree. But I'll take the great talent every day, and twice on Saturday's!

We don't have great talent, but we're winning in the trenches so far for the most part, IMO. Special Teams has been lights out. Good signs typically for Iowa Football, because we know our skill positions aren't going to wow anybody, just solid. I'm OK with solid if it gets us a bunch of W's.

Oh............... and remember the Tight Ends! We have good to great Tight Ends all the time. Use them!

everyone says the chemistry is good in late August. Let's see what happens after a few losses, guys not playing like they think they should, and week after week of the same schedule in a business like atmosphere.

I just noticed THIS guy hasn't been around since the start of the season.
