Saturday in the Park is a fun time. Been there only once. But it was so fun.
They get great bands for it as well.

This is such a dumb argument. Geographical proximity to Mexico means little compared to whether the actual people making the food are real Mexicans/
There is just as good “authentic” Mexican in Davenport or Muscatine or West Liberty as there is in Sioux City, if the food is made by Mexicans with homemade recipes and good ingredients.. For that matter, there is likely jas good of Mexican food in Iowa as in Texas or California, just a hell of a lot less and more non-authentic places..
Got a little dusty in here by the end of that doc - it was outstanding. I’d never seen it before.
That had to be Sandman. Also I played a lot of fast pitch softball.....
There were great players in that league.
Later two players played for the United States team that went to China and won the World Title. One pitcher and one catcher..
The pitcher was named the most valuable pitcher and the catcher was named the most valuable player.
Well the biggest improvement is that you haven't been there for 20 years.I haven’t been to SC in 20 years. The memories I have of it are no bueno. This “revitalization” y’all are talking about better have included some miracles.

bullshit, you're not better than the mayor of flavortownI can see that. People get all hot and bothered when someone better than them shows up. And jeebus knows I’m better than everyone in Ioway west of I-35.

Honestly SC is a nice town, just stay in Morningside and only go past downtown for La Jua's
Come back when the riverfront ferris wheel is done you pretentious f**k
Are you being serious? Not about @Hawki97 being a pretentious prick, but about the riverfront Ferris wheel?
lol. I don’t really care, but to think that someone who is Mexican, grew up in Mexico, learned how to cook there then moved to the US can’t make as “authentic” of Mexican food if they immigrate to Iowa instead of Texas is smooth brain thinking at its finest.Sorry I hurt your feelings.
The pilot in that documentary Denny Finch, should have received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
And my gosh, Errol Morris, just an artistic truth teller with his documentaries.
