First, I want to thank you for becoming a Hawk and all of the hard work you have put in. Saying that, I believe it's time for a change. I understand that the coaches believe that you understand the offense the best, but unfortunately, you lack the ability to execute and are limited when the play breaks down. It is now time to search for the next possibility if this team is going to grow as it hasn't happened after 8 games this year. Again, Thank You for choosing our Hawkeyes, but I'm ready to move on no matter how painful.
