"The Baylor Cult" fan base is going after Iowa reporter

Does that have anything to do with something that happened?.................
Ummm. He has that to say two days ago. Read the tweet.

The head football coach (who replaced Art Briles) said he learned a lot from her. He said that coaches everywhere should study her.

What does that say? It says the culture at Baylor has not changed.

So then burn the institution down.....

I realize fans can make some interesting comments when emotional.

But keep in mind that TWO DIFFERENT REPORTERS said this about Baylor, its fans and its coaches:

Reporter 1: Took awhile for the Baylor cult to rally, but it's picking up. Not quite Penn State or Michigan State level, but it should be proud by its blind loyalty. Its women's basketball coach "is in the know." I'm just going to mute you folks if you tweet at me. You make it easy.

Reporter 2: It takes a sick human being to manufacture a beef with a respected national reporter to take a passive-aggressive shot at a player who is maybe the best story in women’s basketball — who represents everything good about humanity and team sports.

At the time of the Sandusky crap, I said that I wasn't sure that the NCAA should be involved because it was more of a legal matter and not an athletic matter. Seeing the reaction by PSU and it's fans made me change my mind, the NCAA should have destroyed the PSU football program, as in it shouldn't have been allowed to be a D1 program. If they want football there, D3 at the most.

Then the Baylor disaster happened. I'm sorry, given how ingrained in the entire school (both athletic department leadership and the university leadership) the culture was, they should have shut down the entire athletic department permanently. All involved in the case/cover up in the department should have been banned from ever working in an NCAA signatory institution and the school leadership should have been given the same punishment. Let any athletes not involved transfer without limit to wherever they wanted an be allowed immediate eligibility, let any coaches not involved work again elsewhere. But the people directly involved should either be in jail or never working for another school in the NCAA again.

The further we've gotten from the SMU case in the 80's, the more convinced I am that the death penalty should be used FAR more often and should be permanent, not a one or two year punishment. There are multiple athletic programs currently in D1 that should not be running. The more I hear about the MSU case, the more inclined I am to think that something severe should have been done there as well. I'm also sure that the more I think about it, other programs will pop into my head. In addition, there are numerous individuals that have shown, based on continually cheating, they should not be allowed to be employed by any NCAA institution.

I will be cheering against Mulkey the balance of this tournament....

This was my reaction when they interviewed her between 3rd and 4th quarters....that lighting and the make-up spackle job she had were quite frightening.

I used to say anyone but UCONN not because I disliked them, just because they were unbeatable. It's now ANYONE but Baylor, because their coach and players are horrible people...
