The Big Ten had a great regular-season and a great postseason as well. This year really made up for last year.
How would this improve your enjoyment of the tournament?
Would Iowa be or seem better by association somehow?
Will it improve iowa’s recruiting if both MSU and PU make it to the Final Four? Will more Iowa fans buy tickets to Iowa games? Will Iowa win more games if the Big Ten gets two teams in the final four? Will Iowa somehow get more national respect?
This whole conference loyalty thing seems pretty mindless to me.

The Big 10 Conference does not always get the respect
it deserves in basketball. Hopefully, Purdue and Mich St.
make it to the Final Four. The Iowa Hawkeyes play in a
tough conference and Purdue and MIch St. have a big

Personally it is hard for me to root for MSU(and psu), but when they are playing duke it really isn't that hard.
Why not root for purdue? Other than them and gonzaga who the hell else you going to root for?
Agreed. I will have a hard time pulling for MSU. Even though I think they may very well win it all. I will be pulling for Purdue simply because I kind of like painter and respect the Purdue program. Go boilers, piss off msu. But not going to bother me one way or the other if both lose.
