The federal government is not a business. It's nothing like a business. The federal government is massive, and contains lots of actors with power and their own interests. Trump just can't walk in and fire the Supreme Court, Congress, or every pencil pusher in every department that he doesn't like.

In a lengthy statement on Tuesday, he accused Univision of engaging in a "politically motivated attempt to suppress Mr. Trump's freedom of speech under the First Amendment as he begins to campaign for the nation's presidency."

I am no lawyer but if that reason is the basis of his lawsuit and not strictly a breach of contract, I don't see how he can win this thing.
