Not an excuse just a comment about the last play. Total calls doesn't count. Im not talking about the entire game. He was holding. That's what I see.

Nice hold by PSU on Hesse on that play.

That still looks clean to me as long as he releases him almost simultaneously. His head is still in front and doesn't appear jersey is getting pulled.

If Hooker just gets another inch on that vertical....or if PSU completes the previous pass and time runs out...ugh. Once PSU made it inside the red zone though I think we all knew...

That ball could have been for either as both PSU receivers were open on the slants, Rugamba and Taylor both got burned. Hooker guarding the underneath receiver almost made at great play. That pass was exactly where it had to be. If the ball was one inch lower, Hooker tips it and it's probably not caught. One inch higher and it probably skips off the receiver's hands.
