The hill just got steeper

I am messing around. Other than the Cael more worried about his first title than Andrew Long's long term health. I have always thought the whole letting Long transfer into PSU without addressing his issues thing was an unneeded move for Cael. He was building PSU into a power before that and than does that and brings in an unneeded blackeye. I could see him letting him come to PSU if he would have went to rehab first but.

Nevils is in the same boat as Grothus. Except I think 141 is way weaker than HWT. Also, I think the top 5 or 6 spots at HWT are much more locked up than 141. Not to mention he probably has at least another month or so of hard wrestling under his belt than Nevils.

What can I say, I agree with everything you just said. Now, Chuckles is going to see this and accuse me of not being a Penn State fan.

in the late 90s/00 he was not ahead of Bowden . Genuis. try to stay in the conversation of the timeline when Joe first found out the rumors back then and if he reported it then he was coaching losing football at the time + this new and they would have shown him his retirement. Your fanbase was ready for change back then. He only passed Bowden at the very end because Bobby retired first.

You will see our football team very soon. keep talking crap
You are a dumb ass for arguing this with somebody that knows the facts. It's that simple.

Nevills is not yet capable of wrestling for 7 minutes, simple as that. If he can build up his stamina enough to qualify at Big 10's he will grant himself another 2 weeks to deepen the tank further for Nationals. He has the talent to do so, he's just on a short schedule.

I disagree a little. To me it looked like he went pretty hard for 7 minutes Friday, against a good opponent, and about 2 mins Sat, against about as bad a guy in the nation as you can get.

Where he is gonna have trouble is holding up for more than 1 match in a day let alone a couple hours. That type of shape isn't built in a couple weeks. And it certainly looks like the 2 injuries have set him back a lot in that department.

Certainly talented and will be right there with the big dogs next year if he doesn't hurt something else by then. But gonna have a real hard time being relevant this year.

Whew, thank God we are back to wrestling talk. Have to agree 100% with this assessment Don. Multiple matches in a compressed time period really separates conditioning levels. I think NN has the skills but the question is, will the gas tank be there and that is a huge unknown and at this point, he doesn't appear to be there. In addition, from seeing his first two matches, I'm fairly confident his strength level is not where it was even last year at the Scuffle.

kid's had a tough go this could make or break, I want to kick your butts but I am hoping he comes through this. he certainly something good he has had enough badluck.when sam gets him going over don't fight it.

I agree wholeheartedly, 21. When a big heavy is cranking you over and you've been injured recently, the best option, by far, is to go over and not fight it. Wouldn't want to risk further injury.

Dont kid yourself. Seth is a backup plan incase they dont get Gable. Seth will likely get the Tommy Haines if Gable comes a board. Seth may stay but it will be for pennies. Just wait for it.

Time to update our pop culture references ... Should it be "the Justin" or "the Jason"?
