College football is an emotional game. It has a 12th
man in the bleachers of the home team. When you
have 70,000 or 80,000 fans cheering for the home
team it gives a mental lift to the host team.

Kinnick Stadium fans helped to defeat Ohio State 55-24.
The Wisconsin Badger fans in Madison helped to defeat
Iowa 38-14 today. You cannot underestimate the home
field advantage.

Bottom Line: Schedule as many home games as possible
in the non-conference schedule and pray that you have
Big Ten home games for your toughest opponents.

Miami is now proving your
point. The #3 team in the
country is struggling and
currently down by 20 points
in the first half. Not many
people could have seen this
coming.

The home team players are INSPIRED by the noise
their fans make. It gives them ENERGY to win the
game. The challenge of college football is learning
to win on the road.

I was actually thinking the same thing during the game! Same with the blowout at Penn State last year! Makes it fun.. that being said NW isn't much of a home field advantage

Anyone that's watched college football could tell Auburn and Miami were going to win handily because the ND and Georgia QBs can't pass for shit

As for us, there is ZERO excuse for what transpired yesterday

Maybe if you are mentally weak and a pussy and you've got Todd LIckliter coaching you, then maybe you don't block anyone and
you get your azz kicked like Iowa did vs Wisconsin. It starts up front on with the OL, and who are the two OL experts on the staff?
